The Science
This program was designed using a scientific approach. We understand that hitting bombs requires a good level of physical ability and technical ability. Many of you may neglect the physical component and end up aimlessly beating balls during practice which results in injury and decreased speed.
We made the resolution. FAST TRACK is the safest way to hitting bombs. Each week you will focus on one area of your game technically and physically using exercises and drills that target that area of biomechanics. We formulated this into a cohesive easy to follow program that is 6 weeks in duration and involves performing 3 workouts and 3 practice sessions every week.

GOLF TECHNICAL OVERVIEW
lOWER bODY
MID bODY
UPPER bODY
In the golf swing energy is created from three main sources in the body.
The lower body interacts with the ground. This creates the friction needed so that the mid body can rotate. Rotation creates energy that gets loaded onto the upper body which is responsible for loading and releasing the energy through the ball near impact.

They are all interconnected. They rely on each other as part of a process to speed production in the golf swing.
Fast Track is specifically designed to target these areas weekly and advance during the second half of the program to ensure you reach your full speed potential from a technical perspective.

WHY INCREASE YOUR CLUB HEAD SPEED?
Courtesy of Trackman's data pooling we can see a direct correlation between golfers handicap and their club head speed. Essentially, contrary to mythical beliefs, increasing your club head speed quite simply makes you a better golfer.
Golfers with club speed above 105 play to a scratch handicap or below on average.

The old saying "drive for show, putt for dough" is now looking to be the opposite way round with top money earners on tour consistently being in top 10 driving distance on tour.

how to protect yourself from injury
Both of your coaches are TPI Certified! The philosophy for human movement is based off of the joint-by-joint approach. Understadning that the body alternates between joints that are mobile and stable and when joint mobility or stability is deficient, a dysfunction occurs which can lead to injury.

Our fitness program is specifically designed to take care of all these areas to increase your ability to get into optimal swing positions safely.
